Terms of Service

1. Training Services

Frost Elite Sports offers private lessons, small group training, team practices, classes, development programs, and related softball services. Specific offerings and availability may change over time.

2. Payments

• Training sessions and services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We primarily use our online booking system through Square for payments.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received.
• Prices may change at any time. Updated pricing will apply to future bookings only.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. To respect our coaches and other athletes:

• Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
• No refunds are provided for no shows.
• If Frost Elite Sports or a coach needs to cancel, we will work to reschedule or provide a credit.

4. Athlete Expectations

• Athletes are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with proper equipment.
• Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other athletes is required at all times.
• Parents, guardians, and spectators must behave respectfully inside and around the facility.
• We may ask an athlete or family to leave or refuse service if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

5. Facility Rules

• No unsupervised use of cages, pitching lanes, or training equipment.
• Helmets must be worn in hitting areas when appropriate.
• No food or gum on turf unless clearly allowed by staff.
• Keep gear and personal items in designated areas and out of training lanes.
• Follow all posted rules and instructions from coaches and staff.

6. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Sports and physical training involve physical contact, high intensity movement, and the possibility of injury. By participating in any Frost Elite Sports activity, you agree that:

• You understand and accept the inherent risks involved in softball and athletic training.
• You are responsible for your own health status and for consulting a medical professional if needed before training.
• Frost Elite Sports, its owners, coaches, and staff are not responsible for injuries that occur as a result of normal training activity, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment.
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any medical expenses related to a minor’s participation.

7. Media and Content Use

We may occasionally take photos or video in the facility for training review, social media, or promotional use. By participating in our programs, you grant Frost Elite Sports permission to use images and video of athletes in our content.

If you prefer that an athlete not appear in photos or video, please inform us in writing and we will do our best to honor that request moving forward.

8. Online Booking and Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate information when booking sessions or registering for programs.
• We may cancel or update bookings that are made with incomplete or incorrect information.
• Misuse of the booking system may result in limited access to online scheduling.

9. Refund Policy

• Payments for completed sessions are generally non refundable.
• Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or no shows unless required by law.
• Camps, clinics, and team programs may have additional or different refund rules that will be shared during registration.

10. Team Policies

Athletes who join a Frost Elite team may be given additional policies related to attendance, playing time, travel, conduct, payment schedules, and uniforms. Those policies are part of the team commitment and work together with these Terms of Service.

11. Website and Content Use

• Content on FrostEliteSports.com and related pages is for personal, non commercial use.
• You may not copy, re post, or distribute our training materials, branding, or media without permission.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our programs or policies change. The most current version will always be posted on this website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
